Please note:
A POA becomes void once it is revoked by the signing party, or that signing party has passed away.
The signing party must be of sound mind and not being coerced.
They also can not be taking any medicine that will cloud their thought process.

If the POA is being used for a specific type of transfer (like vehicles, mobile homes, real estate, or financial paperwork), the receiving office often expects a POA with the right wording and, in many cases, notarization and/or a specific form.
Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document that lets someone else act on your behalf. POA's in Arizona require notarizations and 2 witnesses.
When you need a POA
You’ll typically need one when you can’t personally sign or handle a transaction, and the another person must act instead.
