When a notary public is needed at hospitals, assisted living facilities, or rehabilitation centers, patients and family members can give us a call to help with these notarizations.

After caring for my mother and experiencing this firsthand, I realized just how important a mobile notary is, and my family appreciated her compassion, empathy, and professionalism.

These are just a few of the many documents that may need notarization:

Please note - before the notary comes to the signers location:

The signer must have a valid unexpired government issued ID (ex: drivers license, state ID, passport, etc.)
The signer must be able to understand the content and purpose of the document
The signer must sign the document voluntarily and be able to write their name without any help (a thumbprint may be used if needed)
The signer must not be affected by psychoactive substances such as painkillers, drugs, tranquilizers, alcohol etc.
If witnesses are needed -
- Please ensure that the witness is present
- A witness must be 18 years or older, of sound mind, and have no interest in the parties
- May not be related to the signer by blood, marriage, or adoption
- May not be entitled to any part of the signers estate, by will or operation of law, at the time the document is signed
- May not be appointed as the signers agent
- May not be involved with provision of the signers health care at the time the document is signed
The notary may request family leave the room, leaving just the witness(es) present
