My notary journey became more personal in 2018 when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. A hospital social worker recommended using a mobile notary to get her paperwork in order, and I remember thinking what a wonderful service that was for families who were already dealing with so much. That experience stuck with me.  Took me a few years, and in 2022 I became a notary to do the same thing.

When I’m not notarizing, you’ll probably find me spending time with animals. I’ve been a dog and house sitter for many years, and I have a particular soft spot for rescue dogs.

I've watched dogs for the same family for 30 years.  But I've also watched so many other animals for different families as well.

Dogs, Cats, Horse, Goats, Lizards, and a Tarantula (yes, a spider).

I get to be 'grandma', so I get to spoil some of them.

I personally have had many different breeds over the years and they are all my favorite.

I also have a little fun with plants.  Finding the dying one at stores and bring them back to life.

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Kim!

I’m a longtime Arizona resident and have called the Valley home for more than 37 years, so I've watched the valley explode.

I have a wonderful son who has been involved in the golf industry for over 20 years.  I thought we were going to do baseball, but my family influenced him to play golf.  I was able to do a little caddying for him years ago when he was playing professionally, and I have a few hundred pictures when I was into photography.
