Loan Signing Agent

North Phoenix & North Scottsdale call for additional locations availability

Many of these forms will require notarization that lenders and title agencies need so that the loan can close.
Escrow officers will utilize mobile notaries to meet clients in the comfort of their homes, at a favorite coffee shop or restauraunt, or at their place of work.

Documents both sides deal with at closing:

  1. Escrow closing statement (HUD-1or Closing Disclosure, depending on transaction type)

  2. Deed (prepared by the closing/title agent)

  3. Title insurance / title report documents

  4. Prorations (property taxes, HOA dues utilities—who pays what and when Lien releases / payoff documentation(from lenders, if any)

  5. Keys/possession documents(often summarized in the closing packet)

For real estate, both buyers and sellers typically handle a set of papers to:

  1. confirm ownership

  2. disclose condition

  3. transfer title

  4. close the transaction.

Many of the pages need notarization and that's where we come in.

Call us when the documents are ready.  We'll set up an appointment for you to sign.  I can pick up the documents, meet with you for the signing, and return the documents to title.

A valid government, picture ID will be needed.
