Hospitals & HealthCare
I approach every interaction with compassion while upholding the highest standards of respect, confidentiality, and professionalism
There are times when a notary public is needed at hospitals, assisted living facilities, or rehabilitation centers. Patients and family members may need documents notarized and need a notary to come to them.
After caring for my mother and experiencing this firsthand, I realized just how important a mobile notary is, and my family appreciated her compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
These are just a few of the many documents that may need notarization:
-
Powers of Attorney
-
HealthCare Directive
-
Living Will
-
Healthcare Proxy
-
HIPAA Waiver
-
Trusts & Estate Documents
-
Mortgage & Banking Documents
Before a notary comes, please understand the requirements listed below. The notary may have other questions as well.
Please note - before the notary comes to the signers location:

The signer must sign the document voluntarily and be able to write their name without any help
-
The signer must not be affected by psychoactive substances such as painkillers, drugs, tranquilizers, alcohol etc.
-
If witnesses are needed -
-
Please ensure that the witness is present
-
A witness must be 18 years or older, of sound mind, and have no interest in the parties
-
May not be related to the signer by blood, marriage, or adoption
